Any Papa John’s customer is eligible for participation in the Papa Rewards program.

To enroll in Papa Rewards

  • Create or sign into your papajohns.com account
  • Scroll down to the Papa Rewards section
  • Check the box “Enroll me in Papa Rewards”
  • Sign into your papajohns.com account
  • Earn 1 Papa Rewards Point for every $8 you spend online (including tax and delivery).
  • Points are awarded the next business day following your order completion
  • Qualifying purchases must be made via papajohns.com or through the digital app
  1. Enter 25PAPA or other eligible codes in the promo code field
  2. On the Confirmation Page, confirm promo code by clicking "Apply & Customize"
  3. If required, In the Pizza Builder, begin customizing your up to 3-topping pizza
Currently base points earned through qualified purchases do not expire. Promotional bonus points are subject to expiration. If points are subject to expiration the expiration will be clearly highlighted within the promotional communication.
When you place an online order of $8 or more, you'll get 1 pending point. Each increment of $8 in online spend (not including tip) will earn 1 point. The total eligible points per order will be credited to your account once your order is confirmed as a qualifying rewards order. This process takes approximately 24 hours.
Yes, your reward redemption can be combined with other promotional offers. However some restrictions do apply. Typically promo codes that provide a discount on the total order cannot be combined with a Papa Rewards redemption.
No, accounts cannot be combined. Customers should select a primary account that they would like to utilize for reward point accumulation.
No reward points will be credited for the qualifying online purchases made prior to enrollment into the Papa Rewards program.
Reward points are earned from orders placed using the online ordering system when logged into an account.
Yes, if your order is cancelled at your local store, your points will be returned. Points will not be returned for orders not cancelled at your local store.
Yes, extra toppings may be added for an additional fee. Also, some toppings may be classified as premium toppings and there could be extra cost associated with these toppings. Members can also customize their reward pizza with less than 3 toppings if desired.
Delivery minimums vary by store location. Please contact your local store for details on their delivery fee requirements. You are responsible for any delivery fees for the reward pizza. Delivery fees do not include a tip for the driver. Please consider tipping your driver!
Online gift card purchases will not earn points, however qualifying orders that use gift cards as a payment method WILL earn points.

  • Simply log into your papajohns.com account
  • Click the Papa Rewards tab on the navigation bar
  • The Papa Rewards member page contains your pizza tracker. The tracker will indicate the number of current rewards earned and the number of points needed to earn the next reward
  • There is also a full account register that details all rewards point activity

  • When a member signs into their papajohns.com account
  • Once a member has earned at least one reward an indicator on the Papa Rewards tab will reflect the number of pizza rewards earned
  • In addition, an interactive order bar will begin to appear once a member has earned one eligible reward

Note:Although multiple products at varying point levels can qualify for redemption with Papa Rewards points, the reward tracker and other point indicators will indicate a reward once 25 points have been acquired. A new reward will post at each increment of 25 points.
